Order Cancellation
Physical Products

Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped. Not Applicable on Prepaid Orders as they're packed on priority.

Action Figures, Katanas and anime/custom accessories or orders are under non-refundable category and can't be refunded at any cost.
- Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
No-Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products. However, exceptions may be considered only in the following scenarios:

The product was not received.

The product was lost in transit (assuming we don't have the stock anymore).

An incorrect product was delivered.

The product was damaged (unreadble or totally torn up) during shipping.
Note: Any concerns related to aesthetic aspects of the product (such as external or internal visual presentation, including but not limited to variations in cover design, binding style, or formatting) will not be considered valid grounds for refunds. All listings are for educational or informational purposes and may carry alternative formatting or editions unless explicitly stated.
Freight charges including shipping charges, RTO (Return to Origin) charges, COD (cash on delivery) charges or any additional charges or taxes, apart from the product itself, are under non-refundable category.
For any prepaid package return, RTO (Return To Origin) freight charges or Rs. 100, whichever is higher will be deducted before refund initiation, from the product cost and not from delivery charges or taxes as they're non-refundable.
Customers can ask for reship, or swap of products once the return package is received. Reship will be done on the next working day, once the items have been fulfilled.
For any Anime Action Figure, Katana, Sword, Anime/Custom Accessories Order customer will have to bear the Reship Charges which depends on the volumetric weight or dead weight of the product (whichever is higher).
Refund Process (When Applicable)
If your refund is approved under the allowed conditions:

The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

If the original payment method includes Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.), you may choose to receive the refund via UPI or Bank Transfer, depending on your preference. Store Credit is also applicable in this case scenario.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and stand by the quality and condition of the products we dispatch. Please review the following return conditions carefully:
Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received (refer to the refund policy above).

The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. After that any request of return won't be entertained.

An unboxing video documenting the package’s condition and contents is compulsory. Failure to provide this video will result in cancellation of the return or refund request. This is to avoid fraudulent requests from customer's end.
Return Process

If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.

Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.

Delivery timelines may be affected by delays from the transport company, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
- Once booked, the package is sent on the working day or whenever the pickup service is generated.
