Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods such as Festival season, processing may take longer, but we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive season or unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Booking Amount Requirement

A minimum 20% of the total order value must be paid in advance to confirm bookings for all Manga, Anime Action Figures, Collectibles, and Articles.

Reason for Advance Payment

Since we deal with thousands of unique SKUs, it is not possible to maintain ready stock for every item.

Many customers cancel orders at the time of COD delivery, which creates unnecessary inventory and logistics issues. The advance ensures genuine orders only.

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount.

The balance payment can be completed before dispatch or via Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

Cancellations & Refunds

The booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock or supplier issues, your booking amount will be 100% refunded.

Delivery Timeline

Since many items are special imports / pre-orders, delivery timelines may vary. Customers will be informed in advance.

All Katanas, Action Figures and Other Premium Collectibles are 100% authentic and quality-checked before shipping.
