Order Cancellation
Physical Products

Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped.

Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
No-Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products. However, exceptions may be considered only in the following scenarios:

The product was not received.

The product was lost in transit.

An incorrect product was delivered.

The product was damaged during shipping.
Please note: Any concerns related to aesthetic aspects of the product (such as external or internal visual presentation, including but not limited to variations in cover design, binding style, or formatting) will not be considered valid grounds for refunds. All listings are for educational or informational purposes and may carry alternative formatting or editions unless explicitly stated.
Refund Process (When Applicable)
If your refund is approved under the allowed conditions:

The amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

If the original payment method includes Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.), you may choose to receive the refund via UPI or Bank Transfer, depending on your preference. Store Credit is also applicable in this case scenario.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and stand by the quality and condition of the products we dispatch. Please review the following return conditions carefully:
Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received (refer to the refund policy above).

The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

An unboxing video documenting the package’s condition and contents is compulsory. Failure to provide this video will result in cancellation of the return or refund request.
Return Process

If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days. You must send us back the package, as per instructions sent to you through e-mail, whatsapp or instagram chat.

Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days. Replacement will be dispatched once after we receive the return package.

Delivery timelines may be affected by delays from the transport company, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
